Anodizing Unit

Anodizing is a method used to change the surface chemistry of Aluminium products. Anodizing process is one of the most durable surface coating techniques available which protects the surfaces of Aluminium products from corrosion, gives an aesthetic appearance and increases scratch resistance.

Our chemical anodizing unit has an annual capacity of 3,000 tons and a monthly capacity of 150,000 m2. Matte, acidic matte, mechanical shine, chemical shine anodizing processes and anodizing processes in white, yellow, bronze, brown, inox and black colors are performed.

Our fully integrated facility, which conducts production in accordance with Turkish and World standards, has the QUALICOAT certificate for static powder coating applications and QUALANOD certificate for anodizing applications. It is certified with TUV Rheinland, ISO 9001 and TSE certificates and also has technological business partnerships with important manufacturers in Europe and America.
